In the field of phased array antenna units, we have successfully developed and mass-produced X, K and Ka-band phased array elements. Featuring high integration, stable electrical performance and strong compatibility, each unit consists of a filter, dielectric waveguide transition, circular polarizer and spatial radiator, achieving complete signal processing and high-efficiency spatial radiation. In the transmitting state, the unit precisely receives signals from the transmitter and effectively suppresses spurious emissions, harmonics and other interference signals, greatly improving signal purity. The built-in dielectric waveguide transition converts the transmission mode into the standard TE10 mode, while the high-precision circular polarizer generates stable circularly polarized waves for free-space radiation. In addition, our products support customizable polarization rotation directions, enabling single-rotation operation or dual-rotation simultaneous operation to meet differentiated technical requirements of diverse application scenarios and equipment.
Tailored for high-precision radar detection and tracking systems, our self-developed sum-difference networks and sum-difference power divider networks serve as core feeding components for monopulse tracking radars. They stably generate sum signals, azimuth difference signals and elevation difference signals, featuring high amplitude-phase consistency, accurate beam pointing, excellent sidelobe suppression, low insertion loss and superior operational stability. These core components ensure high-precision target detection, fast capturing and continuous stable tracking, effectively solving the common drawbacks of traditional feeding networks such as low accuracy, poor stability and limited adaptability. They are widely used in military radar, aerospace measurement and control, satellite tracking and high-precision detection systems.
Empowered by solid R&D strength and mature engineering capabilities, our core RF products have achieved stable commercial mass production. In 2025, we completed batch delivery of satellite multiplexers (OMUX & IMUX) for Russian aerospace enterprises, fully verifying our large-scale production capacity, strict quality control system and cross-border delivery capability. Supported by a complete industrial supply chain and rigorous testing standards, we can flexibly respond to various customer demands, including standard procurement, customized development, sample testing and mass production.
